Returns
You may withdraw from an online purchase and return an eligible item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, except where applicable law provides an exemption.
Before returning an item, contact nappaline.shop@gmail.com. We will provide return instructions and the exact shipping address.
Return conditions
- A non-defective item returned because you changed your mind must be unused, undamaged, in resalable condition and appropriately packed.
- If you return a non-defective item because you changed your mind or it does not fit, you pay the return shipping cost.
- If the item is defective, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, contact us. In these cases, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Custom-made products
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to order or clearly personalised to the buyer’s individual needs. This exception does not limit your rights if the product is defective, damaged or does not match the order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.
Once the item arrives, we will inspect it and update you on the return. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with you.
