Shipping within Lithuania and the European Union
We deliver orders within Lithuania and to 25 other enabled European Union countries. Delivery within Lithuania is free. Delivery to another EU country is calculated automatically according to the destination and total order weight. You will see the final charge at checkout before confirming payment.
Each car mat set is assigned a packed shipment weight of up to 3 kg in our system. When ordering several sets, their weights are added together.
Delivery within Lithuania
In Lithuania, LP EXPRESS delivers orders free of charge by courier to the address you provide. Parcel-locker delivery is not offered.
Delivery rates to other EU countries
The VAT-inclusive prices below match the LP EXPRESS business tariff table used on our Lithuanian shipping page. The store selects the applicable rate according to the country and total shipment weight. All prices are in euros.

Made-to-order products
Individually made sets take approximately 4–6 weeks to produce. Delivery time is added from the date of dispatch. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery to other EU countries
International delivery time depends on the destination country. An estimated time is provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Delivery details
When ordering, provide the recipient’s full name, mobile phone number with country code, email address and complete delivery address. If you notice a mistake, contact nappaline.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we can correct the details.
Shipment tracking
After dispatch, you will receive the tracking number and tracking link by email.
Delays and delivery problems
Delivery may take longer because of circumstances beyond the seller’s control. If tracking information has not updated for a long time, the parcel has not arrived or it arrives damaged, contact NAPPA LINE.
